CII-IWN Southern Region Holds Leadership Conclave In Hyd

Hyderabad: The Southern region of Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII - IWN) on Wednesday held the 6th edition of Leadership Conclave Say Yes 2025, here. The two-day event, with the theme ‘Reimagine a better tomorrow,’ brought together leaders, entrepreneurs and change-makers for participating in panel discussions, and networking sessions.

Delivering the inaugural address, Jennifer Larson, Consul General, US Consulate General Hyderabad, said that to lead in an evolving world, outdated norms have to be dismantled, leadership has to be reimagined, and inclusivity and innovation has to be embraced. “By nurturing emerging leaders, we are shaping a global economy that thrives on diversity, adaptability, and shared growth,” she added.

Dr Nandini R, Chairperson, CII-SR, emphasising on the role of inclusive leadership, said, “Leadership is a balance of wisdom, collaboration, and vision. When we amplify diverse voices and create space for inclusive leadership, we unlock a future where every woman can lead with confidence and impact.” Gowri Kailasam, Deputy Chairperson, IWN-SR, highlighted IWN’s role as a transformative force, functioning more than a network.
